Refund & Return Policy
At Isabellas Art Creation, many of our products are made especially to order. Some products are also personalized or produced according to customer-selected specifications. Please carefully review the return conditions below before placing your order.
Personalized and Custom-Made Products
Products that are personalized or made specifically according to your individual choices or specifications generally cannot be returned simply because you have changed your mind.
This does not affect your statutory rights if an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise does not conform to your order.
Non-Personalized Products
For products that are not personalized or made according to your individual specifications, we respect applicable statutory consumer withdrawal and return rights.
For eligible non-personalized products, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned products must be unused and, as far as reasonably possible, in their original condition and packaging.
Please contact us at info@isabellasartcreation.eu before returning an item so that we can provide the correct return instructions and return address.
Do not return products to the address shown on the original packaging without contacting us first. Our products may be shipped by different production partners and from different locations.
Return Shipping Costs
When returning an eligible non-personalized product because you have changed your mind, the direct return shipping costs are your responsibility unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible at info@isabellasartcreation.eu.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the product and, where relevant, the packaging. This allows us to assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Depending on the situation, this may include a replacement or refund.
Refunds
When a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow some time for the refund to appear in your account. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
Cancellations and Changes
Because many of our products are made especially to order, an order may no longer be changed or cancelled once production has started.
Please carefully check your order, shipping address and any personalization details before completing your purchase.
Exceptions
Certain products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable law, including products made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
