At Isabella’s Art Creation, all products are made-to-order and often personalized especially for you. Because of this, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

We will promptly offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
You do not need to return the damaged item.

Important Notes

  • Returns or exchanges for reasons other than damage, defects, or errors are not accepted

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the mistake is ours

  • Please double-check all personalization details before placing your order

  • International shipping delays due to customs or carriers do not qualify for a refund
