We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect .

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

We will promptly offer a replacement or a refund , depending on the situation.
You do not need to return the damaged item.

Important Notes

  • Returns or exchanges for reasons other than damage, defects, or errors are not accepted

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable , unless the mistake is ours

  • International shipping delays due to customs or carriers do not qualify for a refund
